I've forgotten my PIN number for my LloydsTSB card (through lack of use). I've requested another one through text and they should be sending out the mail. Anyway, would it be OK for me to go into a LloydsTSB branch with proof of identification to withdraw the money that's in the account? They would give me my money, right?
+REP for any help.
I would think you would be able to .. Just tell them the situation that you are waiting for your new pin number and then they may ask you a few questions like "whats your address?" & then they may want you to provide some ID.

I did this on tuesday, I went in with another one of my cards and I just had to sign something. They gave me my money straight away. You should take proof of identification though (:

yeh if you take a passport into the bank with you or a driving licence (they may want both parts of it) then they normally give you it no problem.
