This quest is only avaliable to America (I think). This is guide how to get the badges if you live anywhere else.

(American Proxy, your internet may be a little slow while using it).

Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Settings > Manual proxy configuration

Then go in the Libary still on the American proxy, walk around for a little bit until the quiz comes up.

Mine worked in the end, but turns out I had already done the quest haha

No, as in when you click to sign in, it's like it disconnects

Oh about signing in on the proxy, make sure u are signed in before turning on the proxy. Just click the no Proxy setting, press Ok, sign in and then turn the proxy on and reload the group page to get it working

It only takes around 5 minutes for poll to pop up, you've probably either done it already or the poll has expired

you dont have to use that proxy btw, if you have a program that blocks your IP it works
