Group of Men Arrested in connection to terror attack

a group of men have been arrested under suspision of terrorism after a tip of by police. The news has apparently had residents of cardif ( i think its that place ) worried. one girl posted on her facebook " OMG the policeman and woman just told my mum not to let me to the shopping centres between now and new year. she told her if we did go and something happened that we shouldnt use the fire exits as they may be rigged with bombs D:"

Whilst it's true there has been suspected terrorists arrested in Cardiff (and also London, Birmingham and Stoke-on-Trent), the rest is complete mumbo jumbo which means you're either very gullible or just making it up. The police haven't advised anything of the sort.

I never said that, though that wouldn't suprise me in the slighest considering our government lied to us over Iraq having WMD in order for us to enter a war with Iraq.. and thats not to mention CIA plots in the past to kill off Castro (even planning to blow up U.S. cities/citizens and blame it on Castro in order to invade Cuba) along with the Gulf of Tonkin incident which dragged the U.S. into the Vietnam war based on a lie.

But no, I was referring in that post to the fact that people such as David Miliband and the political class in general often over exaggerate (or invent) a danger and then they pretend they can save you from it (global warming, terrorism, threat from Iraq/Iran). Peter Hitchens has it spot on;
