Present Trouble?

Present saids for another user on facebook to open up your gift, for you.
But when, they do I don't recieve my gift " santa teleports " .
Is anyone having issues like that? or, know how to solve it?HELP !

I read somewhere that you had to ask for help on facebook and that a friend has to do something before you get the present opened...

I've just cheated with mine :D

I put the help message on facebook and then went on my mums account and clicked help and then boom my present opened :D
