You can reset effects but you can't reset the timer itself :(.

The reason why it's highly unlikely that you can do it:
- The timer restarting is not a 'furniture state'. It's not like how you can just double click a Habbowood Spotlight and it'll change it's state (different colour). Timers do not work like other pieces of furniture through the user of states, and all the current timers have one state. Wired Effects allow you to change and/or reset states but because the timer only has one state, this will not be able to start a timer. The timer must be started through the control of a rights holder, by setting the total length of time and then beginning the game. Wired Furniture is unable to do that.
I'm quite sure that's why :).

Freeze, Battle Banzai, Football and Ice Tag are what they call 'player created games' because you lay it out how you want it. However, you can now give out points using various triggers and being able to start/end something when a game starts/begins. However, you can not change the timer through Wired Furniture because there is nothing for it to change. Wired Furniture could only change the state of a timer but all the current timers have only one state.
