Pets for Christmas

Is anyone getting a pet for Christmas. Everyone always talks about what new technology things they are getting.. but never if they are getting a pet.

After my dog died only pets ill be having are ones that outlive me e.g. Parrot or tortoise.

No im not, although i have been begging my daddy to buy the the cutest black labrador puppy called poppy, its gawjus and its the last one left out of the litter. It would fit right in at my house with my other lab who is kinda loopy! lol

Chickens would be the one thing I'd attempt in my own garden, but definitely not my Mum's :(

I bought a Biorb last Christmas and stocked it with a Betta fish, so I suppose I should just improve the tank this year. Although for some reason I'd love basically any rodent for Christmas as I've never owned a pet other than them and fish.

My Kerry Blue doggy was supposed to be expecting puppies but it's past its due date. Even though it got fatter and lazier it was a phantom pregnancy :( - was hoping to get the doggies by Christmas but it's like 8 days overdue. Gonna' be big doggies if they come out!

I got a dog for christmas like 3 years ago now, but I got him like the half term before christmas holidays so he could settle in, but he was part of my christmas presents. I have 2 cats aswell.
