I purchased 250 credits
IT going through my credit card and i never got my 250 credits.

Ugh.

Why is this happening.

Send Habbo an email, nothing we can do about it here. Usually you get a code on the last page of the purchase process which you have to enter in to the catalog in-game.

Did you try logging out and logging in again? Sometimes that works.

Give them chance, it's a festive period they will need a day off.

It's just a waiting game really, but hopefully it will get sorted.

This happened to me recently. I emailed habbo and they said they were investigating and around 30 days or, I received my credits/coins and I think it was 30 days of free VIP due for the slow reply. They may take some time but they will eventually reply.
