My friend asked me to try and get help for his website here, It's just starting out so needs everything..
Hey guys!
I am one of the two main owners of a new habbo fansite that me and my friend have been working on. Not only do we need your opinion, but we also need assistance.
First off, this is the layout we have been using so far http://img211.imageshack.us/f/habbo.jpg/. We are wondering if we should use this even though it is not habbo related at all, but it is quite simple. Or , if we should pay someone to completely make a whole new layout (design and code) for payment. We want to set up a fansite that will mainly be like every other fansite, except for no forum (just yet.) We are looking to get a forum later on if the main site is even close to a success.
Second off, we need labour. yes, that most likely sounds rude, but we do.
We need everything!

# Every little bit of help we can get.
We are both knowledged in HTML and CSS , but that's it. I myself am a professional graphic designer, and work for a university in my hometown. I can design websites that are more of a web 2.0 style, but nothing like a habbo layout. So, really, we just need help.
