I just bought my XBOX, and plugged my EarForce XLC's in according to where it goes, and I cannot hear my party?

Make sure your in the game chat not party chat, this can happen if in games like call of duty playing search and destroy. If not, then they're broken or your really bad at using simple electronics.

does xbox need the sound settings changed or anything?

I havent changed any sound settings, so proberly, where will they be located? :)
