Looking For Coders + Forum Staff

Hey, I'm looking for a few coders who can code html and php (also, if they can code js as well but this optional) and also a few forum staff e.g. Moderators, Manager etc.

Coders - I need a coder/s who will be able to code a layout and maybe (if they have time) to stick with me and code more. I will pay for the layout to be coded and from there on we will talk about it.
