The best program is paint. "I only have paint" isnt a reason for bad alts. All of my alts are done on paint. Look at my page on habbox. All done with paint.

Paints really the only program you can use, because Paint requies things done pixel by pixel. Other prgrams have way smaller pixels that aren't good for Habbo Alts and make it harder to make them

PSP Has diffrent sizes u can choose the pixel size ;)
