Have I been IP Banned?

It's the problem with Kromium Only , I can load up other accounts

I do think this is flash/IP ban related so I'd recommend contacting customer support and explaining how you're only experiencing this on one account and when it started happening. My friend had the same problem a while ago on a couple of accounts and cs fixed it for them.
