I know this isn't exactly vital or anything, but I was just wondering what group is what? Who came up with having 'group 1', 'group 2', and 'group 3'? Surely it would be easier for everyone to understand if it was something like GMT DJ Applications, GMT+x DJ Applications? By the way, I think the Americans is called something apart from 'GMT+6 or whatever, but I don't know :P
But what group is what?
Zone 3 is Australia, NZ etc. About +10 (Australia) and a bit more for New Zealanders.

Group 1 DJs are UK (GMT) Group 2 is EST and Group 3 is AEST.
I think it's better this way rather than just UK and International then they can open apps for say just americna kind of timezone or then group 3 for australian sort of thing
Inseriousity.

I think there's a list of what group is what on the HabboxLive site. It's actually a good system and was much better than the 'GMT' and 'International' groups they had before imo.
"Group 1 - GMT/BST (UK)
Group 2 - EST/CST (Canada/USA)
Group 3 - AEST (Australia)
Not everyone falls directly into these groups so when applying you need to use the group you're closest to"
That's on the HxL site under jobs. I think using +/- numbers would overcomplicate things!

Having international was indeed ridiculous. I mean, if you are from America then you wouldn't consider yourself as 'international'.

I agree the new system is BETTER than the old one, but I personally think GMT etc would be better - once again, I don't think '+' would complicate anything. Only someone who doesn't know basic geographical things.
Anyway, closed - thanks for clearing this up.
