Youtube subscription problems

Has anyone else had problems where it automatically unsubscribes you to channels that you've been following for a while? I was wondering why I hadn't seen mysteryguitarman's video from last week and when I went to watch it, I noticed that the subscribe button was unpushed! Even though this weeks video had showed up in the subscriptions box.

I've also read in comments of people still getting videos show up from people they unsubscribed to weeks ago.

i've had problems where the video doesn't show up on the main page but no actual unsub :/
