Music stolen?

Is it me.. or does the music from these two songs sound incredibly similar?
Not all of the music is stolen but it sounds like some parts are.

Only parts of the song on the bottom are slightly similar, but I wouldn't class it as stolen :P

I can hear a similar beat..kinda but I don't think they sound that a like!

whenever I hear FEM it reminds me of bieber. (How i despise him) Shame, cos I love this song of FEM.

Similar beat and a little riff (the lil high bit at the beginning) but other than that totally dif. And FEM is a tune - Bieber is not. :l

I didn't see any similarities until I read the comments above, yeah the beats are quite similar! ;)

according to their twitter, they said that both songs were actually produced by the same production team and rocketeer was produced before somebody to love, meaning that the latter actually sampled it.
