has my award been requested?

I won the SNQ on 9th January and I got told by Toasten that he had told Hoteluser to request it.
Now I am not bothered how long it has taken or anything and I know Hoteluser is limiting activity but I would just like some knowledge to what is happening with it.

As I sent a PM two days ago and didn't get a reply, I know the staff can be busy but it just seems a regular occurrence for the delay that's all.

As I said though I don't mind if it hasn't been requested or anything, but just wished to know the status. :).
