Merge Gift Wont Open!

I just logged back onto all my old accounts and found I still had a merge gift, I went to open them and on EVERY character I recieve an "error: 1" after clicking on open gift. Anyone know how to fix this, or what the problem is? (yn)

I think they had that problem with the fireworks when they released them at the end of december. Just report it on the normal Call for help button, and they may or may not divert you to www.help.habbo.com where you would have to create a request explaining your problem.

You signed up! :D and as Jordan said, email Habbo and tell them what has happened. Hopefully they can get this sorted ASAP.

Mine also did this at first I put it down to being on Facebook but Inoticed it wouldn't work on normal client either.
You can use the call for help or submit a request but at the end of the day with me I didn't see much point.
You can't trade them and I only use the accounts if I need to.
