Okay I was just reminded after seeing another thread on outlook about the problem I am having. I recently got a new laptop with Outlook 2010 on it. I have no clue how to add my other email accounts such as gmail, hotmail etc. Does anyone know how to do this and if so can you please explain? +Rep for all good answers :P

And for Hotmail you to install the "Outlook Hotmail Connector"; found here on the Microsoft website; http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/microsoft-office-outlook-hotmail-connector-overview-HA010222518.aspx

You cannot explicitly access "Outlook" on your iPhone however you can access your Gmail and Hotmail on your iPhone;

If you wish to synchronize your contacts, calendars and notes from Outlook to your iPhone. Connect your iPhone to your PC, select your iPhone on iTunes and choose the "Info" tab at the top and you can do it from there.

This could all be found from some very simple Google searches btw.
