Also TEA TEA TEAyou do know that ibuprofen and paracetamol are completely different things and shouldnt be taken in the same way? i'd advise reading labels

Haha, that's funny because when I read the packets they always list the same symptoms that the medicines can be used to treat. But if you're talking about dosage, then yes I do always read the label.

You could always try being put on the pill if it's really bad, it does calm the pain.

i'm on the one specifically for the pain but it doesn't help at all
infact when i try skip the periods by not taking a break from it, i still get the pain anyway :S
it's useless
anyway okie so i'll buy ibuprofen and i'll try exercise a little bit more
it kills me to even move though :'(

i just really use tylenol
i don't usually get them thaaat bad. once in awhile i do though and i take tylonel or some sort of painkiller, drink tea, sleep a lot, stretch my muscles (but NOT full on exercise, that's painful), and eat fruits. fruits always make me feel better, not sure why exactly. stretching also makes me feel a little more relaxed and allows my body to chill out and feel good.

my pill made mine worse :/
Tho i find good old hot water bottle in bed is the best thing. Also if you fully stretch out your body then completely cramp up into a ball then keep doing that i find that helps me a lot. dunno why it just does :P also gentle walking x

errrr pointless posting what?
dunno why that's pointless posting because you actually made a very good point :S
and yeah I would recommend wheat bags cause I think they're nicer than hot water bottles and don't have that yukky hot water bottle smell
