I'm fairly sure it's impossible, when I had an iPhone 3 before I upgraded to 4 I never had a full inbox, and if it's possible then the number you can receive before it's full must be huge :)

I've had mine for about 6 months and I have 4000 texts per month which I usually use, so including received messages that's about 8000 messages a month and therefore 48,000 messages. But as long as you don't use all of the spare memory on the phone then you'll be fine, doubt you'll get it full though lol

Does anyone find it slightly crashes when the keypad comes up to?

I find that it only crashes if i'm trying to change the language i'm typing in, otherwise rarely.

Mine doesn't and I've probably got the biggest amount of songs, videos, pictures and apps in the whole world.

I don't have an iphone, i have an android, but on mine it only saves the past 200 messages for each of your contacts. which is how it should be, i cant think of a time where i'll need to find a text someone sent to me months ago.

Haven't ever had a full inbox on my iPhone, sometimes I find that the keyboard goes a bit weird if the message doesn't send correctly.
