View Full Version : Ideas for birthday party?

Ok so I'm 15 next month and I need ideas for birthday party.

I was going to go Petrol Go-Karting but for me & my mates (& brothers) it's £450...way more than my parents would probably pay...

so I need other ideas. I don't want a huge rave type party, I just want something I can do with a few mates that will be fun. I've done cinema etc. In the past so don't really want to do that again. Good, SENSIBLE ideas (ie; age appropriate)... = +rep.

thanks.

Habbo party!!! Get all your friends round, do some pogo-mogoing, drink some handitem-4 and play fallin furni or cossie change. WOOOOOOOO

Petrol go-karting sounds fun :( It's a shame you couldn't have done that. Maybe just a nice big meal out somewhere or a chinese or something. Or maybe go to a musical :D (kinda similar to cinema I know) or maybe have a nice old fashioned house party with baloons and pin the tail on the donkey and stuff. :D

Ergh I think a house party or renting a function room is definitely the way to go but anyway seeing as you don't want that...

Paintball or Laser Quest, there's not much beyond that.

Ergh I think a house party or renting a function room is definitely still the way to go but anyway seeing as you don't want that...

I don't want a house party or function room type thing because I'm planning to have a really big one next year and my parents said I have to keep it small this year so they pay for it next year.

Thanks for suggestions you two. Lol Martin with the habbo party :L Paintball is an idea, or a theatre thing (did that once when I was like 10, it was quite good lol)...so yeah thanks :)

+rep to you when I can (Jordy) and +rep to Martin:)

Omg petrol go karting is soo much fun, but it seems to be expensive down your way, if you really want to go maybe you could use some of your bithday money to help pay or get a discount from the place if you take so many people? :S
You could invite everyone round for a camping style thing, everyone bring their tents, have a fire - that wouldn't be too expensive, just pay for the food?

wacky warehouse! i'm so gutted I'm too tall for that now :(

lolol oj, I think some of the ideas suggested have been good (except the habbo party). Why can't you do the same thing twice if you enjoyed it though? I think cinema is good but laser quest is hilarious and doesn't involve pain like paintball does :D

Yeah paintball/ laser quest seems to be the way to go. Both are quite fun so you can't really go wrong!

I used to love going bowling. You could even just have a few friends round, games/film night :)

Paintballing or lazer quest which has already been sugested sounds good, but the only thing is that's quite expensive aswell (not lazer quest, paintballing is) I'd suggest go to cosmos or something, that's a great place and then like have a film night at yours afterwards?

Me and my mates tend to go lazer tag it's really fun and really cheap and you can get deals for like having more than one game ect.

Both the paintball and go-karting are lot of fun with friends but you could always try a swimming party with the inflatable assault course thing?

you can barely do anything at 15, lol @ the bouncy castle and inflatable swimming pool assault course ideas, thats so for 10 year olds. have a house party / rent a function room (usually have a bar but you definately will not get served)

Hmm looks like the way to go is Laser Quest/Paintball so thanks :D was discussing with a few mates I'm going to invite and told them the exact info I put here and they said that too so looks like I'll go for one of them...

and those suggesting just have a few mates round, I was always planning to have them round AFTER doing something else.

Thanks. +Rep coming to all (that I can..)
