Use an Instakill Dart so you'll at least have the Kiln open for whenever you're ready.
I used all my darts on nex :P Jad isn't a problem, I aced it when I got the cape I have now by tanking, I just really can't be bothered to go through all the waves again. Maybe after I finish some of my other current goals I'll give it a go :) Currently trying to get all skills to 90+ (and a few more 99s by november) as well as all tasks/quests complete.

So bonus exp weekend is well under way and I got a few levels this morning. just 97-99 summoning. no biggie. was a bit of a push towards the end cos I ran out of charms :(

I only actually used one on rc and that's because it was close to levelling. I don't really mind agility anyway, I find it relaxing :)

Yew longs are a good stable cost-efficient method. Broad arrows (provided you have completed the smoking kills quest and unlocked he ability to make them) are the most expensive, but fastest. I'd stick to yews.

Time to revive this one :P Decided to resub this morning to osrs as a time sink but have been slightly enticed into getting back into wowscape. I don't recognise anything and I know that a lot has changed in the last 2-3 years so am seeking a little advice on what to do skill wise to finally max out and what - if anything - on my player is worth anything. @Zelda (http://www.habboxforum.com/member.php?u=88462); @Zak (http://www.habboxforum.com/member.php?u=33322); Kardan; idk who else currently plays. Best training methods for my non 99 skills? Dailyies/weeklies/monthlies etc worth doing? Money making? Bosses I can do with my current gear that'll give me a decent income? Help me get back into rs please!

Most of the daily challenges are worth doing. I do tears every week (if I remember) and Meg at ports every so often. Then I do that one in Burthorpe every month I forget what it's called.. and God statues I did before I was 99 construction. Sinkholes obv too.

I don't play much at all anymore but it's pretty much the same :P First thing I'd do is do the quest that gets you into Elf City.. then do some mining/smithing and theiving

Complete the quest Plague's End ASAP, gives access to Elf City.

Then:

99 Mining - AFK training at Elf City Seren Stones
99 Smithing - Will gain Corrupted ore from 99 Mining above and that will help towards it. Otherwise, make money and train. Use portable forges if smithing items.
99 Herblore - Spend money, use portable wells.
99 Fishing - AFK Living Rock Caverns (Although fishing update is coming in the future so worth putting off for now)
99 Thieving - Semi AFK Elf City pickpocketing
99 Prayer - Either spend money on buying bones and using POH altars or spend money and train at elf city, elf city is AFK but slower.
99 Crafting - Either spend money or AFK train at Elf City on harps, will need to use harps for best pickaxe/hatchet in game anyway. Quite slow relatively, but super AFK and free to train at Elf City.
99 Woodcutting - Ivy or Crystal Trees. AFK.
99 Runecrafting - Runespan
99 Slayer - Use Kuradal until you unlock Morvran in Elf City.
99 Farming - Either spend money for Magic/Palm trees daily, or do hourly herb runs and make money. Elf City also gives 15,000 free XP per day if you get a crystal acorn.
99 Construction - Spend money on planks, or make your own planks using a Portable Sawmill (will gives you bonus planks for free)
99 Hunter - Daily Giant Chinchompa minigame, can do it twice a day, about 50,000 xp per game (so 100k/day)
120 Dungeoneering - Do dailies (double with Vis Wax if possible), do sinkhole D+D (twice daily), gives a lot of XP for ~10 mins work.
99 Divination - Guthixian Cache daily. Might only be worth it at higher levels. Always work at highest colony, make sure you make the boon buff every 10 levels.

D+Ds worth doing other than the above: Penguins (Weekly), Troll Invasion (Monthly), Rush of Blood (Weekly), God Statues (Monthly), Tears of Guthix (Weekly), Meg (Weekly), Agoroth (Weekly), Ports (Daily)

Do ports to get free tier 85 armour, takes a lot of time if you've not started yet.

Boss wise, one of this months updates is 'boss practice mode', so you'll be able to see for yourself.

It seems like those elves are masters of efficiency eh. I have 15 elf crystals which I suppose might finally come in handy. I was thinking about the boring skills and quicker ways to boost them like farming and construction and herblore, do those wilderness things still exist where you get free exp for running around collecting rocks from tents? Not a fan of AFK skills, just want most efficient methods. As far as I know I have the potions for hunting draconic jadinkos fully made and banked so that's less of a worry.

You click on it and it opens up the 'Make potions' interface, but you get 5% bonus Herblore XP, and you have a 5% chance to make 2 potions using 1 set of ingredients.

Portable anvils and sawmills are more useful, since you can smith items next to a bank etc.

Yes, warbands still exists.

Mine all 50 red sandstone and turn into flasks at ooglog.
Divine locations at reset w48 burthope - most efficient being yew trees.
Buy 3k broad arrowheads from any slayer master, another 3k from taverly slayer master.
Daily Challenge for xp.
Fully use all essence from wicked hood at either nature or blood alter.
Soul reaper task
Warbands if you can put up with it.
Sinkholes for dg xp.

Weekly

Kill Agoroth 2 times and apply bonus xp to skills.
Tears of Guthix.

Monthly

Troll Invasion
God Statues

Can't think of anymore atm but I'll add if I do.

For skilling Kardan has pretty much hit it on the head. Moneymaking wise;

Qbd is anything from 3m-5m~/hour depending on kill times.
Rorarii 2-4m/hour depending on luck.
Herb runs are great money - 300-400k profit/run
Frost dragons with yak 2-3m/hour.

Main goal if I was you would be to get into Elf City as it's helpful for many reasons.

I just can't get into eoc so i tried rejoining osrs the other day and surprisingly there's people everywhere, maybe it's just due to the grand exchange coming to osrs not sure though but ive started to play it again :P

I love quests and their storylines, it's like being the main character in your own story. I don't use guides so they're less of a grind for me and more of a pastime.

Should use the ******* client @Kyle its not a bot anymore its used by like everyone tbh its only for OSRS tho. if you pay like £1 a month you get some extras to help you in game it can come in good use.
I don't see the need to use sk/rsbudy, I'm fine just playing.

How are you powering through quests that quickly omg. I hate quests - Which means I don't do them, which means I don't understand any of the benefits of them so I don't know which to do.

Could you give me a list of some good ones to do?
Just check out the quest list and click ones at random to see their benefits and requirements. Things like Rune Mysteries and Druidic Ritual are important to unlock runecrafting and herblore skills respectively but other than that I'm probably not the person to ask about optimum questing since I do them all regardless of benefits. Depends what you want to get from them I spose, I have to restrict myself on this account because I don't want combat exp. I get through them quickly because for the most part I've done them multiple times before :P

yes starting all over again is so fun. Certainly breaks up the monotony of trying to max on eoc :P

I did a few dungeons today and got around 500k dg exp but it's so alien to me and I need to take a better look into it in future. Could probably get 120 from 111 in about a week if I wanted to. Back to OSRS tho!

They did, but there was a poll out that asked whether people want UNIDs or "Grimy" and Grimy won, so they updated it.

There were UNIDs for a while though.

As I said from the start, it's just 07 RS following EoC's development route.

If they want 07 they should have 07, not adding features from EoC. If they wanted pre-eoc they should have just done a pre-eoc version rather than 07.

Been a stupid idea since they started updating it with the likes of corp imho.

(i move my prayer tab around depending, cause obv some stuff like rots/nex i dont ever needa go on it, stuff like rago i'm constantly flicking prayers while bomb tanking so i move it on top of range tab there instead)

Note that obviously i use melee + range in dung more, but since range + mage is the best combination, they should be range abilities really or mage ones, but obviously i have both of those tabs open anymore.

I like mine quite uncluttered. Have magic spells open mainly for dungeoneering teleports, prayers and defence abilities for combat. Everything else is in my inventory tab really, don't need to see anything else all the time other than inventory.

Depends how big your screen is, but for dg I'd say have the magic abilites in a different window so you can easily tele to gatestones.
