Who thinks habbo should make a iPhone app for the habbo client? It would be awesome.

Funny this should come up. I'm talking to someone on Habbo right now who says he's on Habbo on his iPod. Goodness knows how he's done it, but he says it's laggy :P

It's impossible to do it on the web browser but maybe with a app you could do it because sulake have done it with bobba bar so why not habbo?

You can go on habbo on your ipod, it's not impossible.

Using TeamViewer on your Ipod and linking it to your laptop is easy and very good, and then you just play Habbo like that.

And BobbaBar uses something else I aint techi isn't it like flash and shockwave :S

It's impossible, he's lieing.

No he isn't. Remotely connect to your computer with Habbo on it.. and bam? HotelUser does it.

I think you should check your facts before you say stuff.

They would have to make it so Habbo doesn't rely on flash I suppose before they bring out an app so you can log onto the actual client, as the iPhone does not have any flash support.

You can get it on your ipod touch/iphone if you jailbreak it. However i heard it's very laggy, i don't think the ipod proccesor can handle the client in it's current form even if habbo made an app. I believe theres an idea like this in the uservoice forum though.

The lack of an iPhone app just shows how far Habbo is behind these days and the real lack of innovation these days. Even if it didn't release the full client to iPhone but allowed you to talk to friends it'd be something.

I personally think this is one of the big reasons Habbo's going down the pan. Only last year did they integrate themselves with social networks, that should of been done YEARS ago, instead they waited for every other website to provide facebook connectivity etc first.

Then of course, Habbo pretty much tries to be a social network and ALL large websites have an iPhone App OR mobile compatible website. This just shows how far behind Habbo really is, and to think mobile technology used to be their thing.

The company is way behind the latest trends and technology and that's why the hotel is no longer growing.

Even if they brought out a Habbo app tomorrow it would be too late quite frankly and should of been done 2/3 years ago.

I think I'd pass...
Playing Habbo whilst at home in spare time is one thing, but are you honestly suggesting bringing it onto a handheld device so you can, for example, play it whilst on the bus?
I think the reason they haven't made one, and probably won't make one, is because, in my opinion, it would be pointless.

I go on Habbo with my iPad by using teamviewer sometimes

I agree they should have done this long ago. But, to say habbo is less successful than it used to be wouldn't be true. Habbo had it's most successful year ever last year.

Hand-held devices such as an iPhone or iPad don't exactly have to be outside to be used. You could be in bed or in any part of your home and use the so called "Habbo" app to go onto Habbo.

It would be good to have an app for Habbo because you wouldn't have to be on a computer to talk to friends etc. I sometimes go on habbo through teamviewer on ipod but it can at times be v.laggy.
