Basically for my ICT, I need to do a paragraph of two on this and I'm completely clueless. Help would be appreciated :)

TCP/IP
Networking protocols are usually developed in layers. EAch layer is responsible for a different part oof the communication process. The TCP/IP protocol stack is normally considered as four-layers. The collection of layers is known as a protocol stack. Each layer has a different responsibility.
FTP
File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is an application-layer protocol that enables files on one host, Computer B, to be copied to another host, Computer A. One host runs an FTP Client and the other an FTP server. FTP Sservers use two ports: Port 21 for commands and port 20 for data

FTP is a subset of TCP/IP, you can't really compare them.
It'd be like comparing minecraft and a creeper.

FTP is just transferring files.. This is anywhere and everywhere from computers to USBs etc.
TCP/IP is the computer language of the internet. Everytime something is transferred then the TCP/IP goes with it as well (Everything has this)

No.
FTP = File Transfer Protocol, it has nothing to do with USB sticks, it's the network protocol used for transfering files through a network to another computer listening as an ftp server.
TCP/IP doesn't go anywhere, it's the protocol that basically listens for TCP connections to/from computers, hence FTP is a subset of TCP/IP.

FTP- File Transfer Protocol- Used for sending/receiving files across a network from or to a server
TCP/IP- A basic version of the OSI Model which uses 4 Main Heading/Protocols (Application- Software/applications Transport- Uses TCP or UDP protocol to transport the data Network- Addresses the packets/data with Source/Destination IP's so they now where to go Link- Adds source/destination hardware addresses :])
