View Full Version : Blackberry Torch
Hey, whenever I take a photo on my camera it has a extensions called
"IMG-20110115-00143.jpg.rem"
If I delete the .rem it comes up as unreadable :(
Can I change this so I can view my images?
+rep for any help :)

Why delete the .rem in the first place?
Why delete the .rem in the first place?
I took a random photo and did it on that to test if it would work. All the other files still contain the .rem extension

It's because your BlackBerry encrypts the data, you need to use the BlackBerry Desktop Manager to decrypt them and copy them to your computer using the BlackBerry Media Manager.
Or you could turn off encryption on your BlackBerry and microSD card so you can read them straight off like you're trying to do now.
