Just thought I'd post a nice feedback thread in recognition of some of the things that have improved here at Habbox.

Well done General management, especially Hecktix. I was reading through the various feedback threads last night, and was impressed by the amount of responses that were delivered from Jin, Hecktix and the rest of the general management team and other staff members. It’s annoying when it takes ages to get a reply and to see so many was unbelievable, so well done on doing a good job at responding to our questions! Especially when you had to repeat yourselves so many times in various different threads, it must get tedious. Well Done everyone!

Thanks for the positive feedback, we try to get all feedback responded to quickly in terms of questions and it's good to see recognition for this, obviously we have a lot to do however I try to make feedback one of my priorities as I think it's essential to ensure this forum is managed well in terms of users getting responses from General Management and then Departmental Managers on more specific topics :) Thanks for the nice thread it made Jin happy.

It has improved and this is fabulous. I know it annoys me when it takes ages for General Management to reply to a thread so fantastic job on that, well done to people like Nicola as well who have also been rather speedy :)

As I said in the other thread this is probably the best set of managment for responding to us since I joined and I'm impressed with how quickly they respond again well done to you!

General Management also - on the whole - seem to take opinions and ideas from members on board more often which is fantastic to see

I agree. In some forums you can be waiting hours for a response when it's moderatley urgent but usually Hecktix and the others do reply quickly with a detailed response.

I'm surprised about how much HxF has changed really. What used to be a site controlled by a group of friends appears to have become more community based, taking into account staff and member's opinions and ideas. I do suppose that kind of thing is happening in the work place too.
