Allthough there are more and more people joining HC there don't seem to be very many Majestic's around. You may go into Rare Trade rooms and see one but its about 3 in every 10 Rare + Norm (or just rare) furni shops.
Therefore I think the majestic should be at a value of:

Thanks for your value of the Majestic Chair.

The Majestic is the present for month 10, I don't think alot of Habbos have reached to that point yet.
I think in about a years time people will be close to getting a Gold Hc Badge which I think the majority of people buying Habbo Club are trying to achieve.
Therefore there will be an increasing amount of majestics like there is throne sofas. Maybe.
