It can take days for a ban to take place. I remember getting a 30 day ban 2 days after I done what made me get the ban.

Mods are getting so lazy now they're not even writing why they're banning people.

That figures.

'Terms and Conditions violation' means basically, you've broken a rule which was clearly stated in the ToC. If you don't agree with it, or you think it's an unfair ban you should appeal against it.

DON'T appeal yet.

I know this will be hard, I understand, but don't appeal for 2-3 weeks. The support staff don't take you seriously if you appeal as soon as you've been banned because they think you're just an emotional, hormonal teenager overreacting because they lost their account.

Give it 2-3 weeks and you can write a well written argument, and they will respect it more because you've gone away and thought about what you did, written a good argument and you won't be in such a state as you are when you're first banned.

It is a nonsense excuse "T&C violation"...that could be anything really? They should be more specific, but anyway, good luck and take on board my advice, it will work in your favour. It may be annoying and hard for the waiting time, but when they actually take your appeal seriously you will be relieved.

In a few days/weeks email them asking what you have done then wait for the reply then if it is something bad that you have done on your side then apologise and promise it won't happen again or something.

I cannot remember who or where, but I distinctly remember a habbo staff (could've been Redtiz...probably was but not sure) saying it's better to let it go for a few weeks and then come back because the support staff take your more seriously then.

The staff might have just been trying to get less work sent in for them lol :P

Good luck in your appeal andy,

You can submit multiple times, they don't actually check if you've submitted before or not so just send it now and then again later if they don't let you have your account back.

Good luck in your appeal andy,

It was a well respected staff member as far as I can remember. I may have read it in the Habbo Q&A's actually lol. But anyway I'd still wait because I've heard from people it works...just give it even a week...

But surely he could find out exactly what he has been banned for?

There are hundreds of things you could of done for this ban - are you REALLY sure you didn't do anything of them?

Yeah, if he asks what he's been banned for, but then not a file an actual appeal until a week or 2 after, that would be Ok I assume.

If you pm Redtiz on the forum, telling the 100% truth, she can usually sort something out. That's want i did with my perm ban.

What a stupid thing for them to say :P They should take any case seriously - they're paying customers in most cases. Jeez, if that's the Habbo philosophy no wonder it's looked down upon :/

^ Do as Bisusz says. Redtiz has a fully functional human brain. In most cases (judging by how many cases have been solved by Redtiz), they can be solved within a matter of days.

True! My perm ban was solved and unbanned on the same day of being banned!
