First off we've got to thank BoyBetterKnow for the idea (http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=686333)!

Hello all and welcome to the Unofficial Habbox Runscape Lottery! Run by myself, Cwmbran.
It's pretty simple, for thoughs who have never taken part in a lottery before all you have to do is donate to the fund for a ticket (you pick the number). Then I will use the random number generator on www.random.org (http://www.random.org) to pick the winning number

Prizes!
The draws will take place on Wednesday and winnings will be given out ASAP. Please note I do have a full time job which requiers me to work evenings on wednesday sometimes, if this happens then the prize will be given the following day. There will be two winners each week! (Depending on the total prize money available) the prizes will be split 70/30. 70% For the first number which is drawn and then 30% for the second number. So if there is 1million in the prize funds, first place gets 700k second gets 300k simple. If no ones number is called the winnings will be added to next weeks winnings (you will have to buy a ticket again).

Payments!
All payments are to be given to "LottoDonate" which is a new account I have made to hold all the payments and prize winnings so it does not get mixed up with my personal cash. Please be aware I will not message you off this account unless it is to give you the money. I will never add you on RuneScape using this account and ask for donations. Anyone that does that is an imposter. If you are unsure feel free to send me a PM on these forums and I will confirm everything for you.

Tickets cost 100k for 1 ticket. Remember the more tickets you buy, the bigger your chance of winning is and the bigger the prize fund gets!

The account holding the cash isnt a members account so I wouldnt be able to get there. If you can meet me lumbridge bank (Top of castle) world 80 once youve paid hop back to the world you were originally on and I can tele you back to camelot.
