If you think their over priced, you don't have to shop there. It's still open as people buy from there.

I find HMV is usually cheaper than Game. I always compare them because I'm tight. I remember my SoulSilver being £5 cheaper, and £2 than the supermarkets. I honestly don't think you can judge them on one price. They have lots of cheap albums too.

i find hmv have some stuff that are cheap and some that are outrageously expensive but their prices do change tbh.

i bought fpoba for £10 and a few weeks later it was £30
and different stores have different prices - one tree hill seasons 1-5 are like £10-£15 each where i live.

Haha well unsurprisingly HMV isn't far off going into administration. I find the odd album or boxset cheap but on the whole it isn't too cheap I suppose.

HMV will be gone soon.

Use Amazon or eBay. You won't find cheaper.

By doing that you destroy the high street though. :(

I couldn't care less... I'm not paying rip-off prices for goods I can purchase brand new for way cheaper online.

Eventually, there will be very few high streets. The likes of clothes & gadget shops will still be around, everything else can be found online for a cheaper price, yey!

Lew.To be fair I find the high-street is already like that, it's literally just clothes shop, mobile networks, food shops and pound shops. Not that I have any complaints, internet is cheaper and more often than not, more convenient.

I wonder how long it is until somebody opens an online shop in a shop where you buy it online on a machine within the shop (like the job center)

What the hell would be the point in that?

If you are finding that things are to expensive then you don't have to shop their. I wouldn't say amazon is that bad but just go for the cheapest!
