Good web designers

Does anyone on here know any good but decent priced web designers who will create a full website including a webstore for me?

I ask because i'm starting a clothing line and I need a site + webstore but I don't want to be paying £1000+ for a site.

Im assuming, since you'll be making money from this site, you will need to make a fair bit investment to the website. Cutting pricing from web design maybe a bad idea. Go for a professional company to do this work. Maybe you can find a system that is already built and just needs a theme? :)
