does this come with everything?

im not very good with computers as i've always had laptops so any help and tips would be good :D

also on the 27" one it says quad-core what is that :)

iMac has everything you need, the quad core bit basically means four processors in one.

Also, if you have any software like MS Office, you'll have to rebuy it for a Mac.

I doubt it comes with all that pre-installed unless you're paying extra for it, but i'm no expert sooo yeah.

You have to select for that to be pre-installed :)
