Actually so annoyed now. In pretty much a few minutes, I would've waited exactly 48 hours for 50c which I spent £6 of my own money on, and guess what? They still haven't arrived yet.
I've sent a request on the help tool 3 hours ago, and no, I'm not angry at Habbo for that.
Tell me what you think? Is it good enough to get a reply (and not an automated reply..) and a refund?

Dear Habbo Services/Staff,
Hi,
2 days ago on the 4th of February 2011, I bought Habbo Credits at both 6:11 and 6:14PM (GMT) equalling 50 credits via the old way of buying through text messages, but to my dismay they haven't arrived in almost 48 hours.
I am very disappointed, I buy Habbo Credits regularly and they always came in an instance. Luckily, my friend on Habbo was very kind, and loaned me 25 Credits in order for me to get my VIP membership again. May I ask if this is a glitch because of the arrival of the new way to receive credits? Or if this is just a glitch in Habbo's system?
To resolve this issue, I would be very grateful if you gave me a refund of 50 Credits, seeing as
though that was the amount I had payed for.
I look forward to hearing from you that you have resolved this problem. I shall expect a refund by the answers to my questions.
9th of February 2011. Please contact me by email, if you have anything you may have to say or answer any of my questions.
Thanks,
Charmaine.
Note; Would actually have my last name on it, but yeah. I hate it.

I'd say that's a good email, they Proberly will respond. Also try pming Redtiz on the forum, she can usually sort things.

Yeah I put my number in the little form when I was writing it. But I'm almost out of credit so I wouldn't be able to reply back by phone xD

Oh yeah! I forgot about Redtiz, haven't been on the forum in ages..

Did you send a text to the old SMS number because I think there might be a new one now...the "buy" button on the SMS section of the credits page takes you to another webpage where you enter your phone number, you get a text and have to reply with a Y to it and then you get the credits.
If you sent a text to the old SMS number - cos yeah I think it's a new one now - to get the credits that's probably why you haven't received them.

You spelt Paid wrong I think. But it looks good enough.

And also, if you had enough credit on your phone then they should refund you. Has your credit come off your phone?

Like VelvetClover has mentioned, if you bought the credits from SMS there is a new text number for you to text Habbo for your credits but if this doesn't get you anywhere I'm sure if you contacted Habbo they would look into the situation for you and see what they could do?

Other than that, I'm no use, sorry.

I don't think you'll get a refund. I think they'll just check the mobile number and see if there any unredeemed codes related to it, and if there is they'll provide you with the voucher so you can redeem them.

I know about the new way to purchase credits, but I hesitated at that because I wasn't used to it. But if the old system didn't work, then why would they still have it on the credits page?

And yeah, the credit's come off my phone, seeing as I had £6.32/36 and now I only have 32p or 36p.

They will probably ask you for proof or something.

By the way, if you want them to be nice to you, telling them a time you 'expect' the credits doesn't help.

So you got charged without getting a reply from Habbo?
I thought the only way your phone could get charged was by receiving a text (where the text you received sends the money to Habbo)
