HERE IS HOW:

1. Once February 14 rolls around, head to the Catalog
2. Look for the Valentine's Duck in the 'Love Classics' section under 'Valentine's'
3. Click buy and select "Buy as gift", enter your friend's name and off it goes!

PS. don't forget to write a sweet message and sign with your name as well ;)

You can only receive the badge once, but you can send them to as many people as you wish though

You can give yourself a present, just did it. Just dont know if you get the badge. And it doesnt matter when you send it, in Aus its already Valentine. Article says Time zone doesnt matter.

I don't think sending yourself a present adds to the Present Received/Gifted Achievements. So it may not work for this.

But you can always try.

I just got confirmation in a Dutch article:

Je krijgt deze Badge alleen als je het eendje aan iemand anders dan jezelf weggeeft dus het gebruiken van kloons of aan jezelf cadeau geven werkt niet!
You will only get this badge if you give the duck to someone else so using clones or giving a present to yourself doesnt work!
