Not only was the thread not moved to feedback (as it should have been), but it got deleted. Now this is just ridiculous. There was absolutely no reason why that thread should have been deleted.

From here it seems management are trying to hide what they did and hope it's going to go away by just deleting the threads.

I'm very disapointed with how management are handling this. If somebody complains you shouldn't just delete their complaint. Saying "oh go to the complaints section" won't be an acceptable response to this as nobody else is able to input any info in the complaints section.

I want some answers please, and i'm sure i'm not the only one.

Said investigation- but there is really nothing to investigate about, it is right in front of our noses. There is no hidden evidence to merit an investigation etc. It was a clear cut in my view here.
