Hey Habbox,
Since Valentines has been ane gone, the helpdesk has got a new layout. We've gone back to a traditional layout for now until the next seasonal event comes along.
Due to some recent changes, you may now see department managers appearing behind the desk. When they are there you will be able to ask them questions relating to their areas on Habbox and they will do their best to help you. The current staff are still there too!
More details on the changes that will be happening will be announced soon, however get down to HxHD by searching xxMattGxx and take a look at the new layout! :)
