What I tend to find it depends what time you go on. For example, before college I log on Habbo to find that I can't respect I was guessing that because my account was US (being like 3am there) it is too early to respect, or they have not been reset.

So I'm not really sure. It could be the time.

There's a period of time when they reset respect from the previous day, whereby respect isn't in activation.
