Need help with MSN...

Didn't know where else to post this? But anyway...
I tried logging into WLM (2011) normally as I would today and then booooom I get some error message that doesn't let me sign in, saying before I log in I have to 'Verify My Account...' but I did that months and months ago?;L &When I clicked on the link to verify my account nothing there at all referred to verifying my account...
I can sign into hotmail with the same e-mail and password so why not on WLM? :S

Btw; I tried resetting my password but then it actually said 'A password reset has been sent to jack*******@hotmail.co.uk, hows that exactly going to help!? lol..
Sooo... what do I do?;O

Like... I tried signing into MSN on my iPod too and that didn't work...

They made me upgrade :( but if you log into hotmail via hotmail.co.uk see if anythings there, you can also use msn via your email.
