As I dont rare trade much anymore but have been doing a lot of norm trading for my rooms I thought I would do a rough guide on norm furni popularity/prices. If this is the wrong section then please move the thread.

Please bear in mind this is a rough guide and I will mostly not be covering the ranges currently out of catalogue unless they were a catalogue original. Furni shops these days vary so much (Esp 2 for 1).
------------------------------------------------------------

Common 3 for 1c furniture
Doormats, stools ,eco furni (patterned only excluding fruit), Banzai tiles, freeze tiles, roads, baubles, brown plasto

Common 2 for 1c furniture

Rugs, lodge round tables, plasto ranges, pura modules, basic pet foods, pet accessories, flags, skyscraper windows, fruit trees, pool side bits, roses, sunflowers, haunted tvs, old tvs, rollers, silver mode stuff, area chairs, tracks, green/bright blue coloured mode bars, ducks, z shelfs, lone red/white candles, unlinked teles, leather VIP sofas, black vip lamp, white vip sofas, bathroom tiles, snowball pile, snowmen bits, football barriers, football pitch peices

Common 1c furniture

Now as this would take aggggges, if the item you are looking for isnt in the other sections, assume it is 1c (bear in mind I am just doing basic non categorised normals). Most well loved and used norms are 1c. Such items as Lodge bar stuff, ice, beds, hatches fireplaces, posters, menorahs, bathroom and kitchen items, neon, big tv, plants not already mentioned etc etc

Common 2c furniture

Water patches
Holodice
wheel of fortune
forest wall
Kickable ball
door teles (pair)
Beach Van
Pro Digi deck
Executive desk
Orchid tree
bulrush
Vines

3c or more items

grass patches 3c
Moodlights vary from 3c -7c

Hope this helps some! If I have forgotten anything please nudge me :)

Nicish guide I suppose :P

I don't see many roads going 3 for 1 tbh.

Norms can be varied depending on the person really. Noobs pay more than more aware players.

It isn't a to bad guide, it just depends on the player/s.

+Rep as its a good effort.

Absolutely, but as I stated it is a rough guide which is why I put 'common' in the sections, trading (rare or otherwise) is and never will be a concrete art.

Ive seen fridges go for 3c and monoliths go for 1c etc etc, but the guide is from what Ive seen/bought most often.
