Basically i'm thinking of making a ice blitz/barrage pure sorta thing and these are like the 'end game' levels im looking for

99magic
99range
99str
60atk
99hp

but i checked and priest in peril which you need to do for desert treasure gives you prayer exp which i wasnt planning on getting but now i'm going to have to so, what prayer lvl would you guys reccomend i was thinking 43 but that might be a bit too high?

Maybe 13 for the first str prayer or 25 is it for protect item?
Once you make enough from pk'ing you could always get turmoil. ;)

yea i think the quest will give me 11 prayer so i might just go for 13.

13 Sounds good, but you could always aim for 95, Turmoil helps massively nowadays, especially in PKing, seeing as you can't use Overloads when PKing, Turmoils the next best thing :P.

Yeah I think you want to still have a rather low combat level and obviously prayer will boost it up a fair bit. I don't know what the level for protect item is off the top of my head but like marine said, I think it would be a good idea to choose one of those levels. :)

started playing last night cause quite a lot of threads on here are bout rs, plus wildy and free trade came bk so i thought i'd play around on it for a bit

Comes down to personal preference in the end, i think a minimum of 13 would be good but just keep on going until you get bored

don't bother with 13, the strength bonus from the prayer is negligible . Every pure I see either has turmoil, 25 prayer, 43 prayer, or hasn't bothered to train it and just got exp from the required quests so has 11.

You need to bear in mind too that people your level may have lower hp and stats than you but turmoil and soul split can bring them up to/above your level to win the fight.

I wouldn't bother with 99 mage, too much effort, but i'd only be using it for ice barrage.
