What could I use to train strenght (weapon)

I'm currently using rune scimmy and the odd time granite maul. Do I have any other options at 50 attack? I'm most likely going to get my attack to 60 but until then I need a decent weapon. Suggestions?

Rune scimmy is probably your best option atm since it hits faster.

I might get that, how long do you think it'd take me to get from 31 - 55 slayer? (In game time)

That'll depend on how you approach your slayer tasks, i.e. would you be using a cannon in multi areas to finish the task faster etc. But probably like 2-3 days.

Rune scimmy with rune/dragon defender until 60 and get a d long. :)

d long is worse than scim lmao. Leaf bladed is still equal if not better than dragon weapons.

i'd stick to rune scimmys but i did try a brine sabre but never really found it working for me.

If you get a dragon task (not sure that you can at your level) then it's still worth cannoning as it speeds up killing immensely. Lure the dragons onto your cannon and it'll annihilate them in seconds. :p Same with other big monsters that take a while to kill.
