I use Google Sketchup to help me decide what to put where etc. Here is an example of a church I built earlier.

I don't usually render the model as I just use it to actually build a structure. So how do you plan your future builds?

i use my brain tbh. just make it up as it goes. i find things like google sketchup is just taking it to far for a game imo.

Are you using a plugin or something for that Google Sketchup?

My imagination mainly :P I completely forgot about Google Sketchup! That may come in use for complicated builds, and excessive boredom :P

I just go with the flow. seeing as 99% of what i built on stutos was either a cavern in which i was situated or a tunnel. Not much planning was required

If i made it on google sketchup i don't think i'd bother doing it on minecraft then after. :P

I just use my head really, and just do it as i go along.
