looks like you went into the back of him? in which case he'll probably be one of these people jumping on the 'whiplash bandwagon' claiming for a bitta' cash, which is what puts everybody's insurance up.

That must have been some fair whack, I slid mine sideways into another car at 60 and all I got was a smashed fog, headlight and grill. Might have possibly helped with the clio front end being made of basically all plastic so it just flexed back out. That looks like a write off judging by the twisted up frame
