Turtle Beach X31 - Big Problemo!

Hello everyone it's good to be back!

I've got a big problemo with my Turtle Beach X31's because whenever I turn them up it isn't even that loud.

Like I turn it up to where I normally have the settings and it is really quiet but I can hear people as normal.

I'm on the highest sound setting and it isn't that loud.

Any ideas?

Check your connection. Check that the game sound is loud.

The game volume is up as high as it can go.

I mean like it's quiet on the dashboard too.

Im not familiar with the x31's but id suggest double checking all cables if that doesnt work just turn the volume up

Try checking the xbox's sound settings, might be that.

My 31's did this then they just broke and never worked again :(
