I have an overdraft of £90 as I know thats the limit I'm able to pay back.

I have never gone over this amount (my statements even state that) and I have a £15 unarranged overdraft fee?!

Surely if I haven't gone over £90, it wouldn't be unarranged?

The only thing I have done was upped my overdraft from £50 to £90 the other month.. but I upped the overdraft before I took anymore out =S

go into your local bank and ask them that's the only way you'll sort it. I can't see a way that you could have been charged the quicker you sort it the better!

Rang the bank and they said I shouldn't have been able to take the money out at the time, but the system told me that it was available. They said they're going to refund it, but it'll take around 5 days to refund.. which is stupid since I'm minus £15 for 5 days.

This happened to me but as I had a Young Current Account or something it didn't matter. The kind lady just told me not to go over again (:
