Last night my rep points were 1255.

I've just logged on, checked my rep and I haven't got any NEW rep, and none has been taken away, and i've gone down to 1246? :S

Are you sure none has been taken away on the second page of your rep? As when you report rep any pointless +rep that is seen is removed from the last two pages.
