It's nice, but I think the radio bit is too big. But yeah, great design in general, love the colour scheme.
Maybe spend a little more time on 'tweaking' it, then try to get it coded and sell it?

The font on 'What do you need' is by far the ugliest font I've ever seen. However for a relative new person with photoshop, then it's a very good try I don't like some of the menu colours though I find them too striking however I do like the black and grey.

You want them to be lured into clicking the menu to read the content that it has been provided.

The problem is the bright colours look not only tacky but make it hard to read the white text. Web design may be wanting people to click, but not by blinding them.
Wow, for saying your a 'noob' that is really good! I love it all apart from the radios a little bit the rest is awesome, good job! +Rep :)

If coded the actual radio bit would be drop down

Any ideas what I can improve?

I thought that too but without a bit of colour it wouldn't be a habbo design.

I like! Think the colour scheme works well, only thing I'd change is to not make the radio box bit so big :)

Just so everyone is aware the radio is drop down, so basically when you click the arrow it drops down so its only there when people want it to be. I will make it smaller though :P

£10?
Not sure how much uncoded layouts go for, but this would be a good starting point :)

It's really good for a first layout, so well done!
All I can say is with the menu bar; gradient like that isn't very 'habbo-y' if you get me. Habbo is more block colours rather than bright, neon, gradients.
I like the idea of a drop down radio though!
I'd say 8/10, well done!
