The evil bunny does look kinda evil (in a rabbit-bird mutation kind of way) :P
Maybe you could recolour the eyes in red to make it look more evil? :)

Okay maybe the thing does look a little inbred but that's what I was blatantly going for :D

P.s it's the nose that makes it look inbred and I've seen what happens to people when you try to reconstruct a nose, so I'm steering clear of that road :D
