Well the goals are:
99 mining
99 smithing
99 mage


All 3 should be off mining (230k ore nets me 99 mining +40k ore spare, 99 smithing via gold bars then 99 mage via high alch, plus profit on the alch)

it requires 190k high alchs to 232k superheats
