Hi Guys, My PC has been infected with spywares and what not lol..
Nothing works except IE and some other Programs (to my surprise!)
I'm currently using the Safe mode with networking in windows 7.
Will system Restore help me a bit?
If not, give me solutions

(Oh and By the way, Can't scan my PC. Avast = Infected)

No.

Stay in Safe Mode with Networking and google "virus-name removal instructions" and you'll get a heap of removal guides. If not, take Jew Bear's advice:

Backup, Reinstall, done.

No, you need to get a anti-virus system I think and scan and remove all threats. Hope this helps

Your best bet is to back up and reinstall, that will completely remove it. If nit download AVG anti-virus free edition and scan that. I'll try to get a few other recommended programmes when I get home this evening.

We don't know what process you are talking about because you haven't mentioned what sort of virus or whatever you have got. If you are talking about the process you have read on another site.

Don't do a full system restore without backing up anyway - but there are much more simpler ways, most people have already suggested :)

Saving all of your important files to an external device like a USB stick or an external hard drive. That way, when you reinstall your operating system (which deletes all of your files), you won't lose anything important.
It's also a good idea to back up your files regularly even if you aren't planning on reinstalling your OS, just in case something happens to your computer.

Just to add. Make sure you know what files are safe, e.g. have you downloaded something lately that might have caused the problems, as if so you definitely don't want to back that certain file up, or you may infected the others.

Windows System Restore can get infected itself so it's kinda had to use. If you haven't wiped your PC you may want to try http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php Malwarebytes in safe mode.

It's free (although there is also a pro paid version). I've used it to find stuff others miss many times.

The only thing to do after getting a virus is to reinstall windows. THE ONLY THING. Because viruses open so many back doors when they enter the system and let other viruses in.

I would also recommend Malwarebytes, and possibly even Ad-Aware to remove the spyware.

I'd use IE to download something like AVG Free.
It could say there are problems with spyware/trojans etc. but doing a scan is helpful to know. It can get rid of majority of it.

Once that's done, back up files. Re-install.
I usually back up things and re-install every 6 months..

Why every 6 months? Does it get clogged?

I simply ask as I know some people regularly reformat for what seems like no reason.

Unless an infected file is reopened.

Not all viruses.
